In Helsinki, Finland

I made a trip to Finland by boat 19-28 July. Here some photos from Helsinki. The Finnish Parliament House. The railwaystation (entrance), Suurkirkko (the main/large church; beore called the Nikolaj church), The Usspenskij Chathedral (orthodox), and the "facade" of helsinki from the sea. I snapped these pics 27.07.06.

ShoppingStreet at Hornstulls strand (flea market)

The Street or Hornstulls strand. A Flea market at Sat. and Sun. Restaurants and Cafes. A waterfront and a very large Park nearby (50 metres). A floating Bath-house!!! Metrotrain station Hornstull, or buss no. 4. Visited 15.07.06.

KF house at Slussen, Mariahissen, Årsta Torg (a statue)

In and around the Berzelii Park

A popular Park with a restaurang. Nearby the Dramaten theatre and Hallwyll upperclass home museum. Also a waterfront with sightseeing boats and other, restaurant, a route etc.

At the FleaMarket in Hötorget

At the Hötorget there is a flea market on Sundays. Lot of Junk, Glas, Porcelain,Books, Vinyl LP, CD, cheap curiosa, Clothes, more Books, old electronic devices (I saw an antique transistor radio from late fifties/early sixties).
